Appointment Instructions

• Bring your photo ID to each appointment.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete intake paperwork.

• One (1) adult guest may come with you.

• We do not allow children at appointments, so please find appropriate childcare beforehand.

• If you are receiving a pregnancy test, ultrasound, or STI testing, please arrive to your appointment with a full bladder.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to the soonest available opening. 

• If you are actively on your period at an appointment for STI testing, note that some tests cannot be offered and will need to be scheduled for a follow-up appointment.

• Services are provided based on the results of your medical assessment. Note that some services may need to be offered at a follow-up appointment.
